I design spaces. I travel. I spontaneously move places. I drink house wine. I think goat cheese goes with everything. I chose restaurants based on their design. I have many OCDs. I love high heels. I think Colorado's clouds are better than yours. I walk and talk really fast (and I can chew gum at the same time). I am easy to please. I am effing hard to please. I am a former (and forever) New Yorker. I am a current Boulderite. I do not do yoga, I eat meat and have not ridden a bicycle in 21 years. I sometimes think I don't belong here.

I’ve learned that no matter how good a friend is, they’re going to hurt you every once in a while and you must forgive them for that. I’ve learned that it’s not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts. I’ve learned that you should never ruin an apology with an excuse.

Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.
